How to shop online
You may always view the items you have added to your cart by clicking the "View Cart" button at the top of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "Checkout" link located on any item page.
While viewing the contents of your cart, you may adjust quantities in your cart by changing the number to the left of items and then clicking "Recalculate" after all adjustments have been made.
When you are ready to checkout with the items in your cart, click on the “Checkout” button. If you have not created an account, you will need to do so. If you already have an account, simply log in using your e-mail address and the password that you created for the account.
The merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

Item availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

How can I track my
order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may also check the status of your order by logging into your account. Click on “Order History” to view past and current orders that you have placed.

How can I modify my
order?
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations. If there is a problem with an order you just placed, please send a detailed e-mail to service@vondashepard.com so that we can make whatever changes are necessary. Please include your name, address, and phone number.

Creating an Account
Do
I need to create an account?
You only need to create an account on our site if you are making a purchase. By doing so, you are creating an account that only you may access using your e-mail address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information. If you signed up for our e-mail list, this does not mean you have an account.

How do I create an account?
Simply click on “Login” and you will be guided through the process. If you have never purchased from us before, you must create an account to place an order. If you already have items in your cart and are ready to complete your order, click on “Checkout” and you will be directed to our account creation page.

What if I forget my
password?
If you ever forget your password, there is a link on the "Login" page. By providing your e-mail address or credit card number via a secure, encrypted connection, VondaShepard.com will e-mail you a new password that you may change by visiting "My Account " once you log in successfully. Passwords are case sensitive and must include a number or punctuation character.

How do I change my

Once you log in to your account, you may change your password by clicking on "My Account". Near the bottom of the page, click on the "Change Password" link. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Save Profile".

Log in to your account and click on “Modify My Profile” located at the bottom of your account page. Make changes to your account. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Save Profile”.

Guidelines
Orders placed Monday-Friday before noon PT will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after noon PT will begin processing the next business day and ship within 48 hours. VondaShepard.com will contact you via e-mail if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability.
We use USPS for delivery.

International Shipping costs, methods and
disclosure
International shipping is based on several factors including total cost of items, the weight of the package, and the destination. To calculate the cost of shipping a package internationally, you must first create an account on our site. After making your purchase and completing the checkout process you will receive an e-mail indicating the shipping costs. To continue with the purchase, simply respond to the e-mail with the appropriate credit card information and the package will be shipped within 48 hours. If you do not wish to continue with the purchase, respond to the e-mail accordingly and your credit card will be charged back.
USPS International- Most USPS shipments to Europe or Asia are delivered within 6 to 10 business days after leaving VondaShepard.com.*
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges do not include brokerage fees, duties, or taxes. Taxes and duties may also be charged on exchange shipments. Contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from VondaShepard.com, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to VondaShepard.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. VondaShepard.com has made every effort to minimize our non-US shipping costs and does not profit from these rates. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. Policy
Exchanges are accepted on apparel within 15 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED and with ALL tags attached. Refunds or exchanges are accepted only for DEFECTIVE OR UNOPENED CDs. Song downloads are warrantied for 5 days from original purchase in case of downloading error. PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges.

How do I make a return or
exchange?
Follow the instructions in the email sent to you. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package, if possible. Include the completed form with your return/exchange and ship to the address sent to you in the email. (We recommend that you insure the return packages to VondaShepard.com. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we can not accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

When will my credit card be
refunded?
Once your package has been received at VondaShepard.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via e-mail to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from VondaShepard.com.
